As temperatures cool down and the trees change color, you may be looking for some new ideas to keep you and your family occupied and entertained. Whether it be date night, family night, or just going solo, Reno has lots to offer for the fall season.  Here are 7 ideas the team at Sala Family Dentistry recommends:

Cheer on the Nevada Wolf Pack Football team!
There is never a dull moment when Nevada Football is in Mackay Stadium. Under the Saturday night lights or sunny day games, support the Nevada Wolfpack and show your school spirit. Whether or not you’re Nevada alumni, it’s always a great time supporting the local University. The Wolf Pack’s next home game is Saturday, October 9 at 7:30pm vs New Mexico State. Come back the Pack! And for their full season schedule, follow the link below.

Attend the Reno Zombie Crawl (October 23, 2021)

For those of you ages 21 and up, the Reno Zombie Crawl is a fun event to get into spooky season. Join thousands of people (dressed as the undead) in downtown Reno for one of the largest bar crawls of its kind in the country! The sheer size of this party is amazing to behold, as are all the thousands of costumes, drink specials, contests, entertainment, and awesome people! The Reno Zombie Crawl never disappoints. Located in downtown Reno you participate by donating a fee and getting a zombie to follow for the evening. Eat, drink, and be scary!

Visit a Pumpkin Patch

Smiles for miles when you hit up some local pumpkin farms here in Reno. From shooing paintballs at zombies or hayrides or corn mazes and let’s not forget the pumpkins, these farms offer fall fun for the whole family.

Need a sweet treat? Take a day trip to Apple Hill.

Apple Hill has it all. Pumpkin patches, farm life, and pies galore. Located about 130 miles from Reno, we think it is totally worth the drive. You’ll head home with bellies full of pie and all the fall feels.
